Brew Guides

All our beans are roasted using a superior OMNI roasting method, making our beans suitable for any brewing method. For the best results, brew with fresh filtered water and clean coffee equipment. 

Espresso

Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for your machine.

Filter

Add 10g of ground coffee for each cup. Adjust according to your preferred strength. Boil water and stand for one minute before pouring into your filter.  Pour a small amount of water and wait 30 seconds for the grounds to bloom. Once bloomed, pour water into your filter to just below the top of the filter line.  Discard filter and grounds after use.

Plunger (aka French Press)

Add 10g of ground coffee for each cup. Adjust according to your preferred strength. Boil water and stand for one minute before pouring into the Plunger or French Press. Stir and attach lid to top of the Plunger or French Press. Stand for 3-4 minutes before slowly pressing the Plunger or French Press down. 

Stovetop

Add 10g of ground coffee for each cup.  Adjust to your preferred strength.  Heat and serve.
