We appreciate your order with us and are committed to giving you the best customer experience including reliable and efficient shipping of your order.
Despatch time
Smith St Coffee Roasters aim to process and despatch all orders within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing and despatch times may vary in the event of high order volumes.
Shipping options and rates
We offer two shipping methods with our shipping carrier Australia Post.
Before payment, you will be prompted to select either standard or express shipping.
Standard shipping – we offer free standard shipping on orders over $70.00. Orders under $70.00 will include a cost of $10.00 per order.
Express shipping – we do not offer free express shipping and if you elect express shipping it will cost $15.00 per order.
Delivery times will vary depending on your location, the shipping method selected and the carrier's delivery schedule. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress and estimated delivery date.
All deliveries are sent from Sydney, NSW. Deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays. Delivery is available across all areas of Australia.
International orders
We currently do not offer international shipping. However, if you want to place an order and are based outside Australia, please email our team at info@smithstreet.com. In the event we can despatch an international order on a case-by-case basis, please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Please ensure you check local customs office for further information.
Customer support
Please contact us at info@smithstreet.coffee if you have any questions about your order and/or if you are having issues with tracking it once it is shipped. In the event of a delivery issue, such as a lost or damaged package, please notify us immediately so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue. We cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery and the time frames are indicative of our delivery partner recommendations and can be subject to change.
